The Polychrome Tricone is a National Reso-Phonic first: an all-steel body tricone. This instrument is structurally the same as the Style 1, with a maple neck, bound rosewood fretboard, a 30’s style headstock overlay, and Kluson-type 3-on-a-plate tuning machines. The Polychrome Tricone has a baked “wrinkle” finish which is available in a variety of colors.
The Polychrome on the right is shown in Taupe, one of 5 different colors available.
